The terms of reference for the Executive Committee are:
To develop the annual budget and oversee the financial reporting process of the Chamber; develop general Chamber practice and procedures, oversee ongoing operations; provide a Chamber presence and voice at business grand openings and functions; develop a professional image for the Chamber (branding); promote and represent the Chamber at national, inter-provincial, provincial and regional events; define accreditation standards; and coordination of Chamber events such as the President’s Dinner, business seminars, and luncheons.

The terms of reference for the Strategic Planning Committee are:
To establish a road map and the broad framework within which the Chamber carries out its program of activities and policy development for consideration and approval by the Executive and Board.

The terms of reference for the Promotion Committee are:
To assume responsibility in a coordinated way with the municipality for appropriate activities which enhance and promote Nipawin & District, with events such as: Summer Kick-Off Party, Sell-A-Thon, Shopping Spree, and the Parade of Lights; to work with other groups when possible to assist or add events; and to consider ways and means to expand programs to involve and support Chamber member businesses in a uniform way.

The terms of reference for the Membership Committee are:
To oversee membership communication and feedback and to coordinate membership events such as golf tournament, and annual general meetings (AGM); promote the benefits of the Chamber to new businesses and inform the Chamber Office for follow up; review membership fees on an annual basis; and work with Chamber staff to provide services of benefit to members; and promote the benefits of Chamber membership amongst the constituent industries with the goal of increasing representation within the membership. This committee is responsible for membership sales and contacts prospects on a year round basis and organizes events tailored to the membership.
